2008 Council Meetings
Ordinary Meetings of Council to be held during 2008
Council advises that it has scheduled its 2008 meetings as follows:
Ordinary Council Meetings:Ordinary Council Meetings are ordinarily held on the fourth Monday of each month, commencing at 9.00am, with some exceptions:
Bourke Shire Council Meetings throughout 2008 be held on:
Monday, 21st January,
Monday, 25th February,
Monday,17th March,
Monday, 28th April,
Monday, 26th May,
Monday, 23rd June,
Monday, 28th July,
Monday, 25th August,
Monday, 22nd September,
Monday, 27th October
Monday, 1st December 2008.
A public open forum session held at 12.30pm at each meeting. Any changes to scheduled or rescheduled meetings and any Extraordinary Meetings will be advertised prior to the meetings being held. Further details on any of Council meetings can be obtained by contacting Ms Kai Morrall on 68308003 and members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings.
Committee Meetings: if scheduled, are held on the second Wednesday of each month in the afternoon, commencing at 2.00pm.
